Time to grow
Hmm…I’m sitting here thinking about all the things companies have to go through to grow. The first thing is committment on the part of the owners and staff. You know the owner will stay late, and open the doors for a customer after he or she has turned off the lights. Why? Because they know that that customer will help them pay for the light bill! So how does an owner instill those attitutes into their employees. Well, the first way is by making sure he or she does it themselves and in front of their employees. Nothing is a better way than leading by example.
