Why Procrastinate?

"I'll do it tomorrow" is a familiar phrase used by procrastinators. Then tomorrow breeds another delay, until the time that all the "I'll do it tomorrow" lines pile up and stress encompasses your entire being. Why do that? Do things as they appear (unless a real emergency happens). The more you accomplish immediately the better you will feel and the less stress you'll carry with you.

The easiest way to rid your self of tasks you're facing is to make lists and as you complete each task, you cross that task off. There's a feeling of accomplishment when you've crossed off everything on your list. It's all about schedule management. Once you've mastered the ability to manage your schedule, the less stress you'll have and the more time you'll have to relax. Try it!
